Shipping Policy

We ship orders from Von Boogies Garage in Miami on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

We’re a small independent store and aim to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Australian Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, the carrier and circumstances outside our control.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying Australian orders where advertised on our website.

Some large, bulky or oversized products may be excluded from free shipping due to their size or freight requirements. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

Surfboards, Bodyboards & Bulky Items

Surfboards, bodyboards, softboards and other oversized products may require specialised freight.

Shipping costs and delivery options can vary depending on the product and destination.

If your location or order requires a different freight arrangement from the option provided at checkout, we will contact you before dispatch.

Vinyl Records

Records are packed carefully in suitable protective mailers to help keep them safe in transit.

Where appropriate, vinyl may be removed from the outer sleeve during packing to help reduce the risk of seam splits.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders as quickly as possible, generally within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

During busy periods, sales, events or public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your parcel has been collected or lodged.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it.

Orders can be collected during normal store trading hours.

Local Customers

If you're on the Gold Coast and aren't sure whether shipping or Click & Collect is the best option for a larger item, contact us before ordering and we'll help work out the easiest option.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on selected products and to selected destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated where available at checkout. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges or fees imposed by their destination country.

International delivery times vary considerably by destination and customs processing.

Some oversized products may not be available for international shipping.

Delivery Addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

Von Boogies Garage is not responsible for additional costs or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to correct it.
