Placing an order through our website does not guarantee that the order can be fulfilled.

On rare occasions, an item may sell in our physical store at or around the same time as an online order, or a stock discrepancy may occur.

If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative where possible or refund the unavailable item.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there has been an obvious pricing or product listing error, suspected fraud or other legitimate reason.

Product Availability

Von Boogies Garage is a small independent store and many products are available in limited quantities.

Some products may be one-offs, limited releases, handmade, vintage or secondhand and may not be restocked once sold.

Adding an item to your cart does not necessarily reserve that item until checkout has been successfully completed.

Secondhand & Vintage Goods

We sell selected secondhand, vintage and one-off products including records, surf equipment, clothing and other items.

These products may show signs of previous use, age or wear. We make reasonable efforts to describe their condition accurately and disclose significant known faults where appropriate.

Natural wear or imperfections that have been clearly disclosed before purchase are not considered faults.

Vinyl Records & Media

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe new and secondhand records and other media.

Secondhand records may show signs of age and previous use consistent with their stated condition.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may be handled by a third-party postal or courier service.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Click & Collect

Where Click & Collect is available, customers should wait until they have received confirmation that their order is ready before coming to collect it.
